MY JOURNEY SO FAR
I started to practise yoga with my mother at the age of 17. During my university studies at Pécs, I constantly practised Hatha Yoga to reduce stress, maintain flexibility and find balance inside out. Wherever I travelled and lived, I kept practising and it became the part of my life.
After living abroad for 9 years, in 2018 I moved back to Pécs, where my spiritual journey started many years ago.
I met Ashtanga Yoga in London and it felt amazing after practising martial arts for 5 years. Later I moved to Bristol where I found great masters, Brigid Swanson and Caroline Simpson who inspired and motivated me to deepen my practice and knowledge.
In March 2015 I decided to go to India and experience real Ashtanga Yoga from the source, in Mysore and have been teaching since then. I returned seeking knowledge and to deepen my practice.
All in all, I’ve been practising yoga for more than 17 years and I would like to share my knowledge and experience with everyone, who is interested in Yoga and would like to be flexible, balanced, healthy and happy.
I am a qualified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500).
For many years, I have been practising Tai-chi, Chi-kung, Shaolin Kung Fu, Yoga, and meditation. I naturally started to be interested in holistic therapies, Chinese medicine, and energy healing.
My favourite massage is Thai Massage, so I was delighted to have the opportunity to complete traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Boran) training in April 2015, certified by the Ministry of Education of Thailand.
Then I completed further training in 2016, including Tok Sen techniques and Therapeutic Thai Massage.
I am a certified and insured Thai Massage therapist, and member of the Thai Healing Alliance International (THAI)
I love Ashtanga yoga, it works cardio and flexibility. I also love the teacher, she’s amazing!

Judit is an excellent teacher, her classes are led with great knowledge and understanding, she takes care to ensure all students practice safely, encouraging us to listen to our own bodies. Inspiring, challenging, fun and definitely a must in my week.
Judit is a wonderful teacher who helps you to become emerged in your Ashtanga practice whatever your ability, encouraging progression but always giving great options for all levels. Judit’s approach to teaching is excellent and I can not recommend her classes more highly.
I’m lucky enough to live locally to Judit’s amazing Ashtanga classes! Its such an energising and invigorating class. Judit is really attentive and supportive in her guidance and her incredible passion and great knowledge for Ashtanga really shines through in her classes.
In these difficult months, forced to be indoors, the online yoga classes with Judit have been a real lifeline. Sessions full of peace, good energy and conscious work. Thanks, Judit!
Highly highly recommend it! Judit is a lovely human being, real practitioner and a skilful teacher!

Judit is an amazing teacher, knowledgeable, inspiring and friendly. Once u start her classes there’s no going back.
My daughter bought me this as a gift. My therapist knew exactly where my pressure points were and how much pressure to apply. I always find massages are too light, but this was exactly right! I cannot praise it enough. You will feel supple, energized and rejuvenated for sure.
Can’t recommend enough, I saw Judit last week and came away feeling amazing. She worked into every joint and muscle. As a pilates teacher I can often feel over worked body wise as I often don’t have time to practice what I preach but Judit‘s massage set me up for the week and I’m still feeling energised and de stressed, having been able to enjoy my practice more .
A remarkable massage technique that I strongly recommend. The work on the Nadis (acupuncture points) is profound and is well felt during the session. After my first session, I was feeling very relaxed, my body was energised and open.
Amazing Thai yoga massage thanks to the wonderful Judit Halász. Feel like I’m walking taller, back’s straighter and chi flowing really well .
I was also lucky enough to just receive a Thai Massage from her which I would highly recommend! I left feeling revived, relaxed and my shoulders (where much of my tension lies) feel more open and less tense.
